The Basic Package includes the services listed in the Wedding Standards as well as what is listed below.

1 hour consultation via email to set up proposal and contract

Unlimited phone and email access to coordinator during planning process

Work with all vendors

Help plan and coordinate ceremony and reception flow

Help with seating arrangements/floor plan/venue layout

Final meeting with bride and groom prior to wedding if possible at Venue

Suggest and help with wedding design/layout/decorations

Direct wedding day, estimated time 8 hours (1 wedding coordinator present)

Direct rehearsal, estimated time 1 hour

Responsibility sheets and timelines to be distributed to wedding party, family members and vendors

Coordinate ceremony and reception flow. (toasts, cake cutting, dances, ceremony requests)

Overseeing proper set-up and design of ceremony and reception areas

Work with all vendors on day of wedding.

Honor and follow through with special day of requests.
